might as well face it.....

you're addicted to lost. dan and i have found ourselves with a serious problem over the last year. neither one of us watch t.v., ever. but we have these random obsessions with different television series that we will watch for hours at a time. it started with none other than roswell, which i brought home from work after borrowing it from a co-worker at farmington bay, and we watched every single episode, even when the story never changed and the characters became old and boring. then it was smallville, which i borrowed after roswell. smallville...well i have to admit that i've always crushed on superman, and this may have led to the next obsession. i think we made it through 4 seasons before we discovered that the characters were never going to grow up and smallville was never going to get rid of his red jacket. and then, i discovered arrested development. wow, now why was i wasting so much time with roswell and smallville? i really don't know. arrested development was by far the funniest. it was around the same time that i discovered the office as well. i guess i developed a more sophisticated taste in television series. until, lost. we yet again borrowed this series out of boredom, and now we're hooked. but really, are they ever going to get found? i don't get it. but i keep watching. perhaps we're not as sophicated as we thought.
