might as well face it.....

you're addicted to lost. dan and i have found ourselves with a serious problem over the last year. neither one of us watch t.v., ever. but we have these random obsessions with different television series that we will watch for hours at a time. it started with none other than roswell, which i brought home from work after borrowing it from a co-worker at farmington bay, and we watched every single episode, even when the story never changed and the characters became old and boring. then it was smallville, which i borrowed after roswell. smallville...well i have to admit that i've always crushed on superman, and this may have led to the next obsession. i think we made it through 4 seasons before we discovered that the characters were never going to grow up and smallville was never going to get rid of his red jacket. and then, i discovered arrested development. wow, now why was i wasting so much time with roswell and smallville? i really don't know. arrested development was by far the funniest. it was around the same time that i discovered the office as well. i guess i developed a more sophisticated taste in television series. until, lost. we yet again borrowed this series out of boredom, and now we're hooked. but really, are they ever going to get found? i don't get it. but i keep watching. perhaps we're not as sophicated as we thought.

another angel

i know, i stole this from deborah, but where does she get the talent to do such creative things, i just don't know. anyway, my second nephew was born on may 25 and i had the privilege of seeing him through the window at the hospital because he was admitted into the icu. as far as i know, he was released yesterday and is home now. he's definately a stuart. congratulations david and cori.

left my heart in jaxon

i missed the little guy as soon as i got on the plane to come home. 4 days just wasn't enough time to cuddle and feed and burp and coo him.

officially famous

one of my photographs was published in the 4th edition of schmaps in salt lake city. (hey, i guess if i can't be famous for hosting tuesday breakfast jam anymore, at least i can have this published picture to talk about, right?) it's a night shot of the cathedral of the madeline that i took for my photography class, and i have to say, it's beautiful (the cathedral).
